I agree with Eric. I got away from dnsbl.org a couple years ago. They were just flat wrong and slow way too often. I now only use zen.spamhaus.org and it seems to be very up to date and I don't recall ever having a slowness problem.
Keep in mind, the more RBL's you have the slower the process will be.
