I'm guessing here, but it appears that the patch requires newer versions
of these packages than the versions you have installed.
Have you tried
# yum update openssl-devel krb5-devel
?
If cos4.4 doesn't have recent enough versions, you might use the
--enablerepo=rpmforge parameter with the yum command to pick up a newer
version there.
