If yes, how can avoid this ? and restrict the senders only at real
accounts ?

Your server is accepting a message for a null sender ( the <> ). You
must accept these messages as they are normally bounces.
Your server looks to be functioning correctly. If you are unsure you can
show us your tcp.smtp file or you can check your server out here:
