Just a reminder to come and vote on how you want to see VqAdmin handled.
So far out of 17 votes we're looking at writing a CLI utility to replace
it with "Leave it alone" in 2nd place.
If we end up with the CLI route I will just move VqAdmin into an
"optional" directory where you can still install it if you really want to.
