find the send logs that delivery has started - nothing else.
I have tried doqueue and restarting qmail processes.

See where they're being delivered to (hopefully still in the logs) and
see if you can telnet to the destination machine. You may also want to
look at the message sizes (in the queue) and see if they're
exceptionally large or anything.
It's a start.
