Check configuration of DNS on your server. Probably your server can't
resolve name from IP.
Example from smtp log:

origin_rdns: (unknown) auth: (unknown)
and the test:
[a...@alexia ~]$ host 222.170.127.111
Host 111.127.170.222.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
