Hi,
I remember i add two IP in tcp.smtp. because i though the ip of a partner were blacklisted but no. So i can remove them if needed.
Here is my tcp.smtp file :

127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"
:allow,BADMIMETYPE="",BADLOADERTYPE="M",CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT="50",CHKUSER_WRONGRCPTLIMIT="10",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"
88.131.44.10:allow,RBLSMTPD="",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"
91.189.45.48:allow,RBLSMTPD="",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"

Thank you for the time you try to help me, it is very appreciated.

I have not had a chance to look into this yet (I'm behind on these things) but your tcp.smtp file is incorrect. The entries need to go before the :allow line or they are ignored.
