Can't really tell much w/out looking at a header to see which rules
fired and what the score is, literally. Have you modified your system
to account for the y2k10 bug? See list archive 1/1/2010 if you
haven't. That's probably your problem.

so if understand this correctly all I have to do is
add
score FH_DATE_PAST_20XX 0.0
to my local.cf
and my local.cf is located at
etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
( and I can add that anywhere in the file? )
and should I check it with a
# spamassassin -D --lint
--- and then restart SpamAssassin
as in
# qmailctl stop
# qmailctl start

That would do it, but you could use
# qmail-spam restart
to restart only the SA daemon.
but i will - most likey restart my server - I looked and I am at 150 days of
uptime..
I guess a machine should get restarted a few times a year ;)
Not really. I usually only reboot for a new kernel, when it's necessary.
