I installed Qcontrol, you can add and delete new users but throws an error when deleting existing user account. I have to manually delete the user directory

(/home/vpopmail/bin/) Also do you have Qcontrol installed? Can you try to add/delete users via Qcontrol? Do you have your MySQL backup? As a last resort you can delete your vpopmail database and import it from your sql file.
