Hello list
I have setup my qmailbox on cnt 5.4 on a vmware server 2 setup. Now I
have forgotten to set the hostname.
The problem I am getting now is that when I change my hostname in
/etc/sysconfig/network and reboot my system my console get spammed with
hostname : unknow host messages.
Are there more files I need to edit in order to get rid of this message
? Or is there a script that does al the work ?
Greetings.
Tim.
Add the hostname (fqdn) as the first name on the 127.0.0.1 line in
/etc/hosts file.
