That did indeed do the trick! I tried a couple of test accounts and
all of them had the issue and fix.

I've seen this before with some other SM "themes". You really need
to move/remove the version you have installed and install their
version clean unless they specifically indicate you should
overwrite the old version, in which case you want to make sure the
two versions match or do not conflict in code.
