Nevermind on this one as I figured it out.

The ISP I use gave me an IP address that was already in use by another customer. So while it was downloading the QMT apps, it got a "This IP is already in use" and disconnected - hence me only getting SOME of the QMT packages.

I just installed QMTISO5 and cannot find qmt-menu. Where does it normally reside and is there some known reason that it wouldn't be on the system?
