That's promising, Jesús. Looks like you've gotten past the configuration problem.

Your problem now is a bad/corrupt download of the clamav-toaster source rpm.
# rm /usr/qtp/qtp-upgrade/SRPMS/clamav-toaster*.src.rpm
then rerun qtp-newmodel, and use a fresh sandbox.

I don't know why it tries to "stat" "/data".

Hmmm. You're getting into new territory, as I don't think unionfs has
been done with a partition scheme such as this.

The way unionfs is set up, you cannot put UPGRADE_DIR in the /mnt
branch, because that branch isn't mapped in the unionfs. I think you'll
be fine if you put UPGRADE_DIR back to /usr/src/qtp-upgrade (in the
qtp-config file). That directory doesn't hold all that much, and you
have plenty of room there.

Now that I look a little closer, I think I'd put all 3 directories under
/usr/qtp/ (edit qtp-config):
export UPGRADE_DIR=/usr/qtp/qtp-upgrade
export SANDBOX=/usr/qtp/qtp-sandbox
export OVERLAY=/usr/qtp/qtp-overlay
I'm pretty sure that will work, and you don't really need /dev/hdb1 at
all with the unionfs sandbox.
