Why do you want to use the same domain?
Creating a domain exclusively for taps is pretty trivial. I believe it
could be a sub-domain of your existing one, such as taps.domain.com. So
your taps config might look like:
....@domain.com:masteru...@taps.domain.com
Note, ....@domain.com is very much different from *.domain.com.
