It appears that there is a +s on qmail-queue.orig that was lost
during an install of dkim?
Can you contact me off list please Jake as this has caused me
to think about remote/tech support and costs etc... I was reading
your web page and going to call you.

Sounds like you'll have the permissions wrong on one of the directories.
