It turns out /var/qmail/control/me file
Took care of one of the headers.

Looks like there is another header that different hosts care about.
Is there an equally easy "I should have found that" answer for the
other email header problem I have now?

Notice, in the first "Received: from "  There is a domain. But in the
second, it lists unknown then further in, it says "by
localhost.localdomain"
