I'm not sure what qmail-pop3d uses for ssl cert. I think I'd use dovecot for pop3, and give it a separate cert in the configuration. Let qmail-smtpd (and/or spamdyke) use servercert.pem.


It should be using the /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem file IIRC (qmail-pop3d).
All the -ssl services should be using this file by default.
