A couple months ago, I posted a link to a script that will migrate all e-mail from one server to another using IMAP. It will create any needed folders, etc, on the new server via IMAP. Just supply a file with a list of e-mail login's, passwords, the source server and destination, and let it go... I haven't even put the domains in place on the new server. I was going to use the backup script, but I just looked on the wiki, and the file isn't on the server that used to host it.
