We looked into using Google for that, but it was proving a logistics nightmare to try to retrieve the email once our main host was back online - that and the cost - it is not free past 50 users and they watch it like a hawk.
It was actually easier to setup another qmail instance somewhere as a mail relay and have it play catcher should your primary go down. I've got 400 email boxes in my toaster box. Free google apps is 50 email boxes. Will this work for 400 email boxes? Will fetchmail know which mailbox to deliver the email to? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qmailtoaster is sponsored by Vickers Consulting Group (www.vickersconsulting.com) Vickers Consulting Group offers Qmailtoaster support and installations.
