That including your exchange licenses? Pretty cheap, we just spent $80k on licenses and hardware to bring it back in from hosted exchange - our needs are more specialized than MS could host for us.
Either way, it is not hard to work with and you can even use Qmail as a front end av/spam scan and catcher to hold your inbound email should your hub go down for any reason.
