It should probably not be used outside of the continental US, per
documentation. It's thus disabled by default by qtp-install-spamdyke.

reject-ip-in-cc-rdns
reject-unresolvable-rdns
Al enable reject-empty-rdns. You might think that unresolvable would
cover empty, but it doesn't.
I think the values that qtp-install-spamdyke uses are a good and safe
starting point. If someone has a setting they're using that's effective
and isn't one that qtp-install-spamdyke uses, please let me know and
I'll see about including it.
