Hi all.
I'm new at qtm and I have installed on Centos 5 64bit and 6 64bit.
I wonder how to update both? I trie qtp-model but I don't want to messup
with sandbox stuff.
Is there a command or script to update both and each?
thanks.

The qtp-newmodel script(s) are the safest way to upgrade. The default
options are best to use. Your existing server isn't modified until the
very last thing, after the binary rpms have been built and installed in
the sandbox. You can safely bail at any time.
Using the unionfs sandbox is fast and safe. The linked and copied
sandbox variations are older and far less efficient, and are only there
in the event that the unionfs option fails to work (on very old
kernels). If there is a problem running qtp-newmodel with the unionfs
sandbox on your qmt host, be sure to let us know about it here so it can
be fixed.
qtp-newmodel and the qmt packages aren't quite ready for Cos6 yet. It is
the top priority for development, and I hope that it will be available
in a few weeks. If anyone would like to work on the spec files for C6,
please chime in on the devel list. The more help we have, the sooner it
will happen.
Thanks to everyone for their patience and contributions.
P.S. Please do not hyjack (reply to a message and change the subject)
threads. If you have a new subject, please start a new message. Thank you.
