Thanks for help.
I'm use a dedicated server for webmail, the messages storage are in NFS
with main server.
The apache doesnt show any error.
So, there are my logs.
Command 'top'
Cpu(s): 0.2%us, 0.2%sy, 0.0%ni, 99.3%id, 0.2%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.2%si,
0.0%st
Mem: 2075264k total, 2020436k used, 54828k free, 18168k buffers
Swap: 4128760k total, 44k used, 4128716k free, 1458720k cached

1. What is the load on your server?
2. Are you seeing anything in logs?
3. Is this with every mailbox or with a specific mailbox?
If you can provide more details, someone can help you. The issue could
be any number of things.
