Dear Eric,
We have installed a dovecot server and make it as live.
But after live, we are facing an issue in incoming mails. Outgoing mails
are working fine. If we are sending any mails to inter domain also means we
are getting a below error message.
Error : Sorry,_no_mailbox_here_by_that_name._(#5.1.1)

Note: We have crossed checked all configuration details, settings and
folder permissions. Its all fine.
So kindly give a suggestions as well ASAP.
