Just to be clear, RBLs are processed by spamdyke (not rblsmtpd), so you will see a DENIED_RBL_MATCH message which even names the blacklist which it matched on. Pretty cool.
DENIED_OTHER messages are rejections due to anything which is not a spamdyke filter. Dan's correct, that you'll usually find a message just before the DENIED_OTHER message which describes the other mechanism
