I'm not exactly sure what's going on here, but it appears that
bl.spamcop.net might be having issues. I've removed that rbl from
mail.qmailtoaster.com for the time being, and we'll see what happens.
Note, I haven't implemented snat on that host yet either, which might
be a contributing factor.
