Is the older non-YUMable stuff still around and for how much longer?

which I wouldn't think to much of but I've received this error (or one
like it) several times when installing QMT on CentOS 6 system while
running qt-install which calls qt-install-repoforge. When I ran
qt-install-repoforge itself, it worked.
Any thoughts?
