First, change password on that account, and advise the user. This usually solves the problem.

If spam persists, that would indicate some sort of malware running on their system. In this case, you should disable the user's account until the malware is removed.

You might also look into eMPF to see if you can constrain the account using an eMPF policy. http://www.qmailwiki.org/EMPF

Does anyone here have an example of how an eMPF rule can remedy this situation? I haven't used eMPF at all myself.

Thanks.

Hi,

Is there any way to block send email authenticated by other user? I
mean: some spam mail (if known good user and password) send spam thrue
my server authenticated by some my user. I wont block sending mail from:
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> authenticated by:
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>.

I looking for some setting to restrict send only [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]> authenticated by: [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]>

Any help will be appreciated

Marek

There is no such restriction. This is a considered a (legitimate) feature of
email systems, and is common to most, if not all email systems.

What problem specifically are you having which leads you to wanting to do
this? Perhaps some eMPF rules might be helpful.
