wget ftp://ftp.whitehorsetc.com/pub/qmail/CentOS5/qmt/srpms/clamav-toaster-0.98.6-1.4.10.src.rpm rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt50 clamav-toaster-0.98.6-1.4.10.src.rpm This will keep the naming scheme consistent with the other COS5/QMT packages.
