Found it....
It seems that an RBL is not responding causing a 30 second timeout.
list.dsbl.org does not respond. Problem solved after removing it from
my RBL list.

I now seem to have a 35 second delay. Removing the spamdyke
delay gives me 30 seconds.
There are no entries in the tcp.smtp file. Can anyone suggest
where else I have to look for a delay?
