Found that some commands have changes, before going nuts, I recommend everyone read: http://www.spamdyke.org/documentation/UPGRADING_version_4_to_version_5.txt I had a few changes that are required in spamdyke.conf... You will SMTP up [port 25] but you won't connect until spamdyke.conf is upgraded.
