Hi Aleksander, the last update is tzdata2017b but is to old. After some research i take the last src.rpm in centos5 and put latest tzdata2019a from iana. Only adjust one line in asia zone (line 1861) and the spec file. Finally have the rpm with latest data for centos5 :D
if somebdy need this src.rpm can send.
