I am not in front of my machine but you need to enable the right repo. If you 
go in the /etc/yum you should see the qmt file two ways to do it

1 use the yum —enablerepo option the other is to change the file and change 0 
to 1 in the repo for dev. 

Once that is done just run you update. That should do what you want with the 
tap.
