[qmailtoaster] updating clamav

Hi:

Just to be sure what would be the commands to update clamav from 0.102.4 
to the latest EPEL 0.103.3 version?

I'm thinking

yum update clamav

But I notice that the original script to convert to the epel version used:

yum install clamav clamav-update clamd spamassassin -y

Is there anything else we would need to do?
