O.K. i tried it again with and without "change to dos" and both worked
fine ( i only tested some files, but they are all O.K.)

no, your message was completly ok. The problem is that the binary
auto detection for png seems to be broken in CVS (we already had the
same error some weeks ago). The convertion will only be applied to
text files normally. Binary files will be handled like binary data. A
just try to fix this using "cvs admin". This will be after a delay of
some hours also visible in the anonymous CVS.
ok, the problem is the cvswrappers file. This has a empty setup at
sourceforge. I have just added these lines which will keep typical
binary formats as binary files.
*.png -k 'b'
*.gif -k 'b'
*.jpg -k 'b'
*.jpeg -k 'b'
*.swf -k 'b'
*.fla -k 'b'
*.pdf -k 'b'
*.psd -k 'b'
*.xcf -k 'b'
*.ai -k 'b'
