hello sebastian!
the "modal -bug" is back.
run demo "window 4". click at the "open the dialog" button. close the
modal dialog and click the button once again - it will not work, because
the dialog remains modal (like a vew days (weeks?) before). i am not
shure, but i think i remember this was because of the "modal-div".
i hope, this hint helps you to fix the bug
