How can I get themes and icons to work? I've followed the basic tutorial on the website and set up the directory structure as shown. Whenever I try to use an icon, or copy a portion of an example that uses an icon, the Qooxdoo portion of the page never gets generated. If I copy the entire sample directory structure, the demo files work and icons load and everything goes as planned.
I've spent three hours fiddling with the directories, QxSettings, and I have tried setCorePath, setIconPath, and setWidgetPath using my webserver's full URL for the directories to no avail.
Can someone point me in the right direction regarding themes and icons?
