Any updates by our native English speakers are as always really appreciated.

Also it would be nice, to update the old tutorial with images. "How to checkout from CVS with Windows, Tortoise CVS and cygwin"

Thanks.

Done!

CVS write access is blocked for all. For SVN checkout you don't need to
be a registered developer (that's the same as with CVS), and it seems
that there is no longer a delay between anonymous and developer access.

Updated documentation can be found here:
http://qooxdoo.oss.schlund.de/documentation/checkout-from-subversion-repository

Because I had to change the developer rights anyway, I also did remove
most of the currently subscribed developers. Please don't take this as
an offense, the only reason for most of the people to be subscribed in
the first place was to be able to get a current, non-delayed version of
the code at any time. Only people who really used their subscription to
actually commit something are now subscribed developers. With SVN this
reason is no longer valid.

I can make you sure that I will resubscribe everybody as soon as there
is anything from that person to contribute. The added benefit of this
change is that the list of the subscribed people now looks much more
reasonable compared to the advances made in recent times :-)

Regards,

Sebastian

Hi!

I will switch the qooxdoo CVS to subversion in the next hours. I will try to update the documentation before all is complete.

All developer CVS access is disabled from now on.

I think this should be done in four to six hours.

Regards,

Sebastian
