1. splitter buttons
The buttons do not work as intended, but you have to be patient for
next update.
2. reversible resizing of the window by 4 pixels while moving a splitter
3. resizing of a window does not resize the splitter horizontally
Might end up with a separate layout class....as before!!!
Look at the examples. It works in Firefox and can be used in a test
application.
Tell me if you have any problems, so I can correct if any more bugs.
I upload the whole directory of my machine.
