I installed "make" for Cygwin and could run the generation process.
I get some "Wrong dependency" messages during generation. When I open frontend/demo/source/index.html and follow a demo link or when I open frontend/api/source/index.html, all I get is a blank page... Sorry to bother you. Thanks for your help.
