Hello, I have used both. Aptana comes in two flavours. Their own Eclipse based IDE and an Aptana plugin for Eclipse. Aptana's code assist capability is more powerful than JSEclipse. It also allows you to build your custom code completion profiles. Also it differentiates functions, classes, objects and keywords. But it won't indent the brace automatically nor does it highlights the variable name when it is selected (which IMHO is a very nice feature). However, I have quite experience with Aptana IDE but it *does* offer some excellent features like compressing js.
