Do you mean for switching from qooxdoo-0.5.x to qooxdoo-0.6. Yes this is already available. It's also included in our release candidate. There will be documentation hopefully before the release comes out. But generally you just execute: framework/tool/migrator/migrator --version 0.6 --input some/path/to/patch. The script will automatically update your files. This is no problem in version controlled environments (SVN, CVS, perforce, ...) but maybe problematic without. Please be sure to make a backup first.
