Hi Mike!

Sorry, but it is really a good idea to remove prototype. If it has 
worked some time ago I would suggest to define this as a mysterious 
phenomena and not as reality. qooxdoo makes extensive use of hash maps 
and including prototype breaks this functionality. To use prototype 
together with other libraries is just a bad idea. Normally I would 
suggest the guys at symfony should switch to another solution like 
mochikit for example which doesn't show this bad behavior.
