well I can't connect to svn.sourceforge.net so the svn switch command
fails :-(
svn switch --relocate

https://qooxdoo.sourceforge.net/svnroot/qooxdoo/trunk/qooxdoo
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svnroot/qooxdoo'

After executing the relocate command it works well for me. But I have no
idea how to do the same with a GUI tool like eclipse or TortoiseSVN.
