Mask special characters. Since we're dealing with javascript, special
characters need to be masked. So you have to write:
var test = new qx.ui.basic.Atom("dies ist die Seite f\xFCr das Verfahren
"+data["modules"][counter]);
Ä = \xC4
Ö = \xD6
Ü = \xDC
ä = \xE4
ö = \xF6
ü = \xFc
ß = \xDF

I tried this:

the "für" is displayed like "f?r".
whats the problem here?
