This should be fixed in SVN already. Will be part of 0.6.5 which is 
hopefully released sometimes this week. (Currently waiting for some 
license change issues)

Any tomcat guru here? ;) Normally you can configure QOOXDOO_URI to any 
path you like. What's about to move the whole stuff somewhere into the 
Web Context Root?

The locales are an essential part of the new qooxdoo versions. But you 
can simply disable the most things setting APPLICATION_LOCALES to be 
empty e.g.

APPLICATION_LOCALES =

(No quotes)
