Hi Frederic!

The Tango Icon Gallery is kinda reference implementation of the
freedesktop Icon naming Specification
http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-naming-spec/icon-naming-spec-latest.html

You are lucky: qooxdoo does already support the Tango icon set ;-).
Quite a lot of work has gone into qooxdoo 0.6.5 in order to support the
de-facto icon naming standard. For more background info, please read
http://qooxdoo.org/documentation/user_manual/icons

Unfortunately, the Tango icon theme was/is still far from complete.
While qooxdoo applications may switch between the four included icon
themes at any time, the Tango icons containes far less images.
Therefore, it has not been included with the framework (yet).

Nonetheless, in the meantime it is easy to integrate Tango with your
qooxdoo project yourself: please follow the relevant steps in
http://qooxdoo.org/documentation/developer_manual/create_icon_themes_for_the_framework

Keep in mind that some of the icons that now exist in either of the four
included icon themes may not be available in the current Tango icon
theme. Maybe you could give some feedback about your success?

Bye,

Andreas
