You could use MS Script Debugger ... i think ...
At least that is what Douglas Crockford recommends for debugging in IE
in his "Advanced javascript" slides ( 
http://yuiblog.com/assets/crockford/advancedjavascript ).
On Yahoo! Video there are some videos with Doug teaching "Advanced javascript", 
a must see ( 3 parts, part one is:

I have MSDE 2003 installed with script debugger, and that will kick in on 
script errors. But syntax errors aren't caught. So I use FF for initial syntax 
checks and detailed debugging.
