You have to have everything in harmony. The MAKE file needs to know the name
of your application and where to look for the files. The name of the folder
where the files are located should, IMHO, match the name of your application
(it's not required but it makes things easier to deal with). Etc. What is
the directory structure for your code files? And what does your MAKE file
look like? What name do you want to give to your application?

I recently tried to change "Application" to something more descriptive but
got
completely lost. The name application seems to play a role in
./Makefile
./source/index.html
./source/class/custom/Application.js
./source/script/custom.js
./source/class/custom/translation/C.js
plus some generated files like ./api/script/apidata.js. The generated
files
don't bother me much, except in general I don't like generated code.
But the other five files confuse me. Is it in general not advisable to
name an
application different from "custom/Application" or should at least
the "custom" part remain fixed?
Or in case it is okay to chose names freely, what would be the procedure
to
write an application e.g. named "database/Viewer"
