This really rocks now.

The proof:

GET http://demo.qooxdoo.org/devel/apiviewer/script/qx.ui.core.Widget.js
(265ms)

The API viewer is much more responsive. And much nicer when you come back
to it - it loads almost immediately.

I'm not sure of the impact on the demo viewer. Under FF it still takes
about 6 seconds to load each page, even if I've already loaded a page.
Under IE it's a lot faster.

There is still a nocache setting being used here:

GET
http://demo.qooxdoo.org/devel/demobrowser/html/example/CheckBox_1.html?noc
ache=1182317894250 (187ms)

It appears that FF somehow applies that nocache setting to the JS files
within the demo page as well as the to the HTML file itself. IE appears
to bypass that.

Obviously this needs to be reviewed and all "nocache" params removed. I
suspect that the 1 day setting for the max-age for html files (the
default) may be a bit long. As before, 1 minute is probably OK and will
still give you less traffic than before, given that the browser will just
check file dates first, looking for the 304 response.
